  It's awful! They're rude and arrogant. They look down and talk rubish to customer's. The manager Richard is the worst of all as he even talks to his staff like filth as he gets all red and bothered. They never have anything in stock. At the lander practice they say do a repeat perscription by 4pm you'll get your items by 2pm next day when Richards doesn't seem to understand this and says can take up to 4 days. I have members of family who are on high pain medication and because they never stock it or understand that when the doctor signs the prescriptions off meaning they're allowed it. ( which most of the staff don't seem to understand) they've had to go without and go into withdraw which they said should be okay. They also talk amongst one another slating customers and talking loud enough for everyone to hear so nothing is confidential. So you dont just leave feeling upset and belittled in front of everyone you also dont get your medication. Its still boots and still customer service base something I know quite a lot off. They also think its fine that my baby doesnt get their milk even though she has intolorence. If i could give them zero stars i would!
